Head & Coordination: You take the lead of a housing facility for people with disabilities. In doing so, you coordinate everyday life, ensure that the individual needs of the inhabitants are taken into account. Personal responsibility, leadership & communication: You are a contact person for residents, relatives and employees, promote an open and trusted communication and contribute to the positive atmosphere in the institution. You motivate, promote & support the employees. Economic responsibility: You keep an overview of the financial resources of the department for efficient use of resources. Design options: Based on the furnishing concept, you design the housing offer & place value on participation & individual development processes. Interdisciplinary work: You work closely with other professionals, bodies & working groups to ensure the best possible support. Quality assurance & development: You are constantly reviewing the quality of the housing offers & implementing measures to improve.

Complete studies in social and health care (e.g. social management, social education, social work, care, childhood education) Vocational experience required in integration aid - ideally with management experience Compliance with the aptitude requirements for management forces pursuant to §9 SbStG-DVO Basic knowledge of business Professional and social competence and enforcement Enthusiasm for participation and development processes Communication strength and organisational skills Experience in leadership and development of teams
