Incoming phone calls, e-mails, chats and orders You accept and process these independently The telephone and written contact with our customers is the essential part of the daily business You are part of our Consumer Care Team and supports all stakeholders in ensuring an excellent service The satisfaction of our customers is your top priority

As an immatriculated student, you will ideally bring first professional experience in the office environment Communication belongs to your strengths (verbal and written) A safe handling of the MS Office programs is of course for you You are interested in working with customers and have a quick understanding You can show commitment, aim and shine with your communication strength Passion for cycling and health are desirable German language skills in word and writing (company language is German) complete your profile
