As a team leader or shift manager, you control the daily business and always have a look at all relevant key figures. You guide the Shopfloor rounds and take over the professional/discipline leadership and motivation of your team. In addition, you will consistently respect the safety regulations as well as cleanliness and order in the warehouse in all processes. The most important thing: the team! From personnel deployment planning to personnel calls to personnel development, your focus is on employees.

You have a training as a specialist camper or to the specialist for warehouse logistics - alternatively you bring relevant professional practice. In any case, you have a driver's license to run front bumpers with the appropriate driving practice. It is also advantageous to use driving practice on the pusher truck. Experience in loading trucks or containers and knowledge in cargo securing are advantageous.
