Your job - how to shape our future Responsibility: You accept the wishes of our customers on the phone and independently process the concerns that lie within your area of responsibility. Operational support: In selected products from the need category Service and Liquidity, you will perform self-handling tasks. Organization: You prepare consultations before and after. Teamwork: Our consultants will support you in specific topics. Your profile - so you can introduce yourself Qualification & Experience: You have a commercial training. The training for the/m bank businesswoman is helpful, but not absolutely necessary. Motivation: Intense telephone customer contact will give you pleasure and you will be safe, friendly and customer-oriented. Technical know-how: For hybrid forms of cooperation in presence and from the Mobile Office you are open. Experiences with Skype or Webex are helpful, but no need. Ideally, you already know yourself with MS-Office (especially in Outlook and Word) or look forward to getting to know this Working: You have a high understanding and you will find quick access to new topics and situations.
