• Complete vocational training in a craft occupation or appropriate vocational training
• First practical knowledge of building management of advantage
• Ready-to-use computer identifiers (MS Office, CAFM systems)
• Good knowledge of German (at least B1)
• Pro-active operation
• Self-conscious and safe occurrence as well as a communicative way
• Driving permission class 3 or B desirable

Your responsibility

• Representation of the home technician on holiday and illness
• Support of the home technician in green care
• Operation of technical installations
• Execution of control procedures in the performance of retrieved house services including Reorders of material
• Repairs of doors, windows and small maintenance
• Accompanying and commissioning of foreign companies
• With the help of the event service
• Maintenance of grey and green areas according to instruction

Your working hours

• From now on, first to 1 year limited with the option to takeover
• Minor employment with an annual working time of up to 420 hours
• Monday to Friday, as required
• Frame work time: 07:00 to 15:30
