The location in Kempten im Allgäu has been part of the Premium Food Group since 2011. Here A.F.G. Allgäu Fleisch GmbH has made the slaughter of cattle the main task. In addition, the valuable by-products obtained from the slaughtering and cutting process are further processed and marketed in the food industry, pharmaceutical industry and animal feed production. With around 110 employees, the site is an important part of the slaughter industry in southern Germany.
