Development and implementation of a company-wide data governance strategy Definition and maintenance of data policies, standards and processes Ensuring data quality, consistency and compliance (e.g. GDPR) Cooperation with departments, IT and data analytics teams to optimize data landscape Introduction and maintenance of a Data Catalog and monitoring of data flows Training and awareness of data governance and data protection staff

Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Management or Comparative Qualification Multiannual experience in data governance, data management or compliance Knowledge of data architecture, metadata management and regulatory requirements Embossed communication and moderation capabilities Very good knowledge of German and English Analytical thinking and structured working Team skills and initiative
