You are part of a team of experts from the KGR 300 and 400 at the Cologne site, which consists of three buildings with a total gross area of 199.000 m2. You organize, control, monitor the preventive maintenance of the construction plants (KGR 300) according to DIN 31051 and take over the duties and tasks arising from operator responsibility You control, monitor and accompany repair and repair work by means of computer-assisted fault reporting and fault management systems You run reconstruction and rehabilitation projects in cooperation with internal and external partners such as service providers, specialist planners and architects You shall draw up tenders and shall act in the case of award procedures with You monitor and arrange measures from the award to the acceptance and take over cost control and documentation

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or training as a crafts/industrial master or state-tested technicians in civil engineering or equivalent degrees – ideally in the structural design sector You have several years of experience in the organization and control of construction and construction management You have sound knowledge of VOB, AutoCAD, MS Office and AVA Your rapid understanding and high abstraction capability for technical connections in complex buildings is the same as your experience in building contracts, including auditing contract services
