Operational Buyer / Material Manager (m/w/d)

Completion and support of PMM within procurement management and upcoming projects Ensuring material availability for production Coordination and tracking of delivery dates and their communication in production Creation of delivery plan calls and retrieval on quantity contracts/value contracts Transmission of the calls to suppliers and the collection or Maintenance of order confirmations Initiation of appropriate measures for delivery date backup at time intervals Coordination with suppliers with regard to logistical process optimization

WHAT MUST LIVES Successfully completed studies in the field of economics or industrial engineering or completed vocational training in the commercial/technical field with further training for technicians (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience, ideal in metalworking industry Embossed knowledge in the SAP modules MM/PP and secure MS Office skills desirable Experience in handling technical drawings Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High level of self-responsibility and self-responsibility as well as willingness to occasionally travel to suppliers and other locations
