Complete training as a building cleaning master or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in building cleaning Leadership and team spirit Customer-oriented thinking Good communication skills Self-employed and structured work Reliability and accuracy Physical loadability and a good eye for details Class B driving licence desirable (depending on field of use)
