Senior Site Manager Building Construction – Shell Construction, Timber Hybrid & Serial Construction (m/f/d)

Your role – Building with responsibility and future With us you will find a key role far beyond classic overhead line. You actively shape the development of our Berlin branch and take responsibility for demanding construction projects in modern construction. Designers & co-contractors: You are part of the management team of the Berlin branch and are actively involved in the strategic development and growth of the location. In doing so, you bring your experience and ideas into the future of building. You take over the superstructure line for projects in the building industry, wood hybrid construction (concrete / wood) and in serial construction. You control several construction sites in parallel and bear the overall responsibility for appointments, quality and cost-effectiveness. Leadership & Developers of Teams: You guide your construction site teams professionally and disciplinaryly, promote their further development and create a powerful, motivated working environment. Coordinator & decision-makers: You control complex construction processes, make sound technical and economic decisions and solve challenges pragmatically and solution-oriented – even in close coordination with clients and partners. Communicator & Networker: You stand for a clear, sovereign communication and represent the Berlin branch competently to builders, partners and internal interfaces.

Your profile – experience meets leadership You bring well-founded experience in modern construction and understand how to manage people, projects and processes successfully. Studierter Profi: Complete studies in civil engineering. Experienced construction professional: at least 10 years of professional experience as project manager or superstructure manager in the raw building, wood hybrid construction or in serial construction. Locations: You live in Berlin or in the vicinity and are closely connected to the region. Leadership: Detectional experience in the leadership and development of employees as well as a strong ability to motivate and strengthen teams. Communication and problem-solving competence: You convince with high communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working. You are actively involved in the strategic orientation and further development of the Berlin branch and bring your experience into growth and organisational processes.
