Specialist Invoice Management Energy Industry - Billing & Account Clarification (m/f/d)

You ensure the timely, correct and regular billing of energy and heat deliveries – even in complex billing constellations You analyze, check and plausibilisate consumptions, prices, bills and billing results, clarify deviations and process special and exceptional cases You check, correct and process billing, including recalculations and credits You care, check and ensure the quality of billing-relevant master and contract data You process and clarify customer requests and complaints related to accounting and agree with internal interfaces such as service, sales, receivable management and IT You’ll find special topics, projects and process optimizations in the billing environment In the focus of account clarification, you ensure a correct and transparent settlement of account balance and collector billing processes and clarify differences with the relevant interfaces In the RLM billing center, you will ensure the billing of complex RLM customers by testing, analysis and clarification of load handling and billing data in close coordination with market partners and internal departments

You have a completed commercial training, supplemented with an additional qualification such as a specialist or a comparable qualification You bring experience in billing or in the energy economy; for RLM accounting, experience in the RLM environment is particularly important You have a sound knowledge of market communication processes and a good understanding of the current market conditions of the energy industry You bring basic knowledge of billing-relevant legal and regulatory requirements with You are interested in numbers, data, systems and complex technical relationships and have analytical thinking skills You are sure to deal with IT systems and ideally have experience with SAP IS-U, especially in the billing environment; Knowledge of SAP IS-U EEG-Billing as well as individual modifications and pre-corrections are advantageous You work independently, carefully, structured and with a high level of quality and responsibility You like to work in the team, communicate safely with different interfaces and are willing to continuously work on new topics
