As a machine operator (m/w/d) in this position, you take control of machines and make sure that the process runs clean, reliable and at the intended speed. The application is practical, clearly structured and suitable for people who like to start and take responsibility for the ongoing operation.

• You serve machines in the ongoing production or production process and pay attention to a safe and orderly process.
• Materials and workpieces are prepared, inserted, removed or reprocessed so that the process continues smoothly.
• Operation, control and easy monitoring of the systems is part of the daily business as well as the timely recognition of faults.
• Smaller deviations in the process are reported at an early stage so that rapid response and unnecessary downtime can be avoided.
• Cleanliness, order and compliance with the specified workflows play an important role in this role.
• Depending on the application, you can also assist in setup or preparation work so that the machine can continue to work efficiently.
• The site is located in the respective region on site; the work is clearly geared to the practical machine operation.

We are looking for

For this task, a profile that works reliably, carefully deals with machines and quickly finds itself in clear processes. Especially suitable is who has first professional experience or has already gained practical experience in the machine environment.

• First professional experience in the production environment or in machine operation is desirable.
• A basic technical understanding helps you to safely and attentively implement workflows.
• German knowledge from B1 support the team's understanding and the safe implementation of instructions.
• Care, reliability and a watchful look for quality and performance are important in this role.
• The willingness to use machines concentrated and to take responsibility in the ongoing process is assumed.
• Working time: after operational planning in the respective field.
• Layer models: depending on the field of application and the operational processes.
