In case of deeper admin tasks and within the framework of 3rd level support, you effectively close with our service provider shortly and together you clear all the problems from the world. To ensure that our Client Platform is always up-to-date, you work internationally with colleagues from all over the bank on the strategic and operational development. In application management, too, we can count on you: You have the threads in your hands, coordinate and support during release and client lifecycle management. You also keep an overview of projects around the Windows clients, take care of them and bring them to a successful conclusion. And of course, with all this, you make sure that everything fits and keeps our support units on track with concise and understandable manuals and documentation.

Study with focus on IT, specialist IT training or corresponding professional experience Knowledge of Windows Client, Azure, Intune and M365 Expertise in PowerShell and software packaging / software distribution Trusted with ITIL processes Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions Very good German and English in word and writing
