Reception & communication: For a professional and friendly reception of guests, employees and applicants, you are the first contact person for general inquiries and coordinate appointments as well as meeting rooms. Organization & Administration: You carry out various organizational tasks such as post-processing, management of cash registers and office materials Personal administration: You are responsible for personal processes such as the maintenance of digital personal files, contract creation, training organisation and communication with internal and external interfaces as well as the operational support in applicant management and onboarding new employees.

Completed training, preferably in the commercial sector or in the hotel industry Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Embossed communicative skills and organisational skills Experience in personnel handling desirable Dynamic being, human knowledge and positive radiation combined with a safe and friendly appearance
