Legal advice of management and departments in all relevant legal matters Processing and testing of energy-related issues (energy-economy law, regulation, network use) Creation, examination and negotiation of contracts, service contracts and cooperation agreements Monitoring regulatory procedures against authorities and regulatory bodies Monitoring legal and regulatory developments in the energy market and assessing the impact on the company Support for projects, in particular in the field of energy transition, renewable energies, network expansion and digitalisation Processing of legal disputes and coordination of external lawyers Participation in compliance topics and structure or Development of internal guidelines Implementation of internal training on legal topics for specialist departments

Successfully completed studies in law (1st and 2nd State Exams) Knowledge of energy, environmental or regulatory law (e.g. in the field of energy law) Ideally professional experience in the energy industry, a provider, network operator or a firm with a corresponding focus Confidence with relevant legal frameworks (e.g. Energy Economics Act (EnWG), Renewable Energy Act (EEG)) Experience in contract law and in the design and negotiation of complex contracts
