We, the Universitätsstadt Marburg, are looking for 58 Städtische Kindertageeinrichtungen in the *Kindertageeinrichtung Schröck as KochKöchin / Fachkraft Küche** at the next possible time for our specialist service.

It is a unlimited part-time agency  with an average regular weekly working time of 20 hours.

The Municipality of Marburg strives to increase the proportion of women in this area / this function. Applications for women are therefore particularly desirable.

Remuneration is made according to the qualification with a completed training on the subject-matter of the kitchen according to pay group 4 of the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD) and in the case of a completed training for the cook to the cook according to pay group 5 TVöD.

Your profile

• successfully completed training as a cooker or cooker Cuisine - ideally multi-year professional experience in the learned profession

• well-founded knowledge in the field of hygiene regulation and the Infection Protection Act, which are always adhered to in daily work

Your tasks

• preparation of balanced, child-friendly food plans taking into account the wishes of children, religion and any allergies or Incompatibility

• cost-conscious purchasing of regional, ecological and genetic engineering-free foods and organisation of stock

• daily fresh preparation of food, organization of workflows in the kitchen area, ensuring food and kitchen hygiene

• Inclusion of children in the food planning and participation of children in small works in the kitchen

Our children's daycare facility Schröck

Up to 60 children from the age of three are supervised at the Schröck Children's Day Centre until school entrance. The facility is open from 7:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday. The educational focus of the institution corresponds to the basic orientation of the situation approach in the sense of an open concept. To accompany the child individually in his learning and development process and to be open to his life and the associated socio-cultural diversity and to accept it is a focus of educational work. Other conceptual focuses of the facility are nature, own garden, promotion of movement and the environment.
