Active consultation of existing customers for consulting maintenance contracts Customer advice and answering questions Reviewing (budget) offers Maintenance and documentation in the SAP CRM system Close cross-departmental communication with internal areas Administrative support in the daily business

Current commercial or technical studies Experience in phone sales desirable Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1) High communication capability, strength and security Embossed customer and service orientation High flexibility and fun in innovations of products and tools
