Our WABE-Kita game(t) room offers 120 children space for easy waxing.

Under the motto “We conquer the world!” we hold much of research and experimental learning. The in-house production kitchen with freshly cooked products daily ensures our healthy diet.

As colourful and diverse as our kitas, as individual and unique are our children.

We are looking for you as support in our team at the next possible time.

Your perspectives – Our tasks

• Accompaniment of our children in the individual day of kita along our open pedagogy of mindfulness. Their work is fully oriented towards the needs of the children.
• They promote the development of children's personality through work in specialized functional spaces and thus ensure a high participation.
• You are an expert in an educational focus or develop it and inspire the children with your theme.

Your skills - Our expectations

• A completed training as educators, social pedagogical assistants, nurses or a comparable degree is absolutely necessary.
• A focus in one of the six educational areas of the educational guideline in Schleswig-Holstein is desirable, but we do not assume.
• Openness, willingness to learn and teamwork as well as knowledge, experiences or interest in the field of open pedagogy of mindfulness complete your profile.
