For our internal communication department at our location in Berlin or Essen, we are looking for a limited period of time for 15–20 hours/week for up to two years:

You support the team in developing internal communication channels You update monthly the employee directory including the permissions in the Intranet You know how to create articles in the Intranet like e.g. the ideas of new employees and other recurring news with You're begging Excel tables and updating wikis for changes You prepare data using an Intranet Analysis Tool

You are an immatricated student*in in studies with the fields of media, communication, public relations or a comparable field of study You are routined in dealing with current MS Office applications as well as collaboration and communication tools You ideally have knowledge about how content management systems are handled You have a very good expressiveness in German You ideally bring first editorial experiences with You show reliability, have a safe appearance and enjoy communication You have an independent and structured way of working as well as a quick understanding
