• You are actively involved in the analysis of business processes and assist in the implementation of optimization approaches in line with customer requirements.

• You carry out your own research or joint projects in the Tandem at our Kundschaft for the Thema Payroll. In doing so, the concept of a hybrid R system solution are just as natural for you as the implementation and Support** in the execution of the pay bill.

• Your support is required for Customizing and Implementation of customer-specific SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions.

• You have several years of professional experience as a consultant:in in which the conception and implementation of SAP HCM solutions in module PY.

• Ideally, you have already gained experience in implementing Employee Central Payroll in various projects.

• Experiences in the subproject management with and/or in the implementation of Core hybrid solutions in the SuccessFactors environment are of advantage.

• You work independently, structured and interested in the billing of the future.

• You are communicative and have very good German skills.** Good knowledge of English is beneficial for your involvement in the future topics.

• A Germany-wide willingness to travel in certain phases of the project is obvious to you.
