♪ Your future task:

• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting work on conveyors and transport systems, lifters, storage equipment, industrial trucks and process equipment
• documentation of the maintenance activities carried out to record and track the work
• Responsibility for the operational management of staff, including staff allocation and feedback talks
• Planning and implementation of employee development, including implementation of learning success controls
• Central contact for plant-specific topics and representation to customers
• Ensuring a uniform technical approach and active communication with the colleagues
• Employee instruction in accordance with the specified guidelines and standards
• compliance with safety regulations and safety of work during maintenance work
• Continuous improvement of maintenance processes and identification of optimization potentials
• willingness to participate in training and further training in order to keep the technical know-how up to date

Your profile for the job Deputy Shift Manager / Teamleiter Maintenance (m/w/d):

• Complete training in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanics, e.g. as technician - mechatronics, mechatronics technician, Industrial electrist - Operating technology or a comparable qualification
• Ready to work in 3-shift operation, including weekend operations
• Experience in a first leadership responsibility is advantageous
• Team size of about 4-8 employees
