You have several years of experience in video production – ideally in a journalistic or editorial environment – and have developed video formats from idea to successful launch. YouTube is your craft: You know platform mechanics and success levers such as Audience Retention, Thumbnail Strategy, SEO and community building and apply them safely. You bring well-founded journalistic competence – whether through education, study or multiannual practice – and understand how to prepare complex topics in a comprehensible, precise and visually convincing way. You move safely into studio productions and common production workflows and like to design targeted processes.
