Process Engineer / Process Engineer Wheel Finishing (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) - Process Optimization, Lean Principles Location: 72348 Rosenfeld

Responsibility and expert for the production processes in the wheel final machining (series support) and their continuous development and automation with the aim of increasing availability, performance and quality Conducting process analyses for identifying optimization potentials and deriving and implementing concrete improvement measures Support of new product approaches with a focus on the transition from the development stage to the serial product incl. Selection, implementation and evaluation of suitable manufacturing processes Management and participation in individual, small projects for the further development and optimization of machining Developing different manufacturing strategies for new and existing products Creation of necessary production documents and participation in master data maintenance Participation in change and implementation of technical product and process changes in series production Creating capacity analyses as a basis for the procurement of new machines, plants and manufacturing aids

Successfully completed engineering studies (e.g. mechanical engineering with a focus on industrial engineering, production technology, manufacturing technology, assembly technology, plant engineering or the like) or technical training with further qualification as a technician (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Multiannual professional experience in machining mastery of CNC programming as well as experience in programming Siemens and Fanuc controls desirable Competence to the development of new manufacturing strategies Self-employed working with sound analytical skills, readiness to use, flexibility and resilience Implementation strength in the execution of transferred tasks as well as communication strength and enforcement capability Good knowledge of the production environment SAP knowledge advantageous Advantageous control of Lean principles and REFA basic training
