Come to the team! Together, we acquire and maintain medium-sized and large-scale customers in the Greater Munich area in the fields of telecommunications, data networking, cloud, security and AI.

What awaits you:

• As an Associate Data Account Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the distribution of individually tailored, consulting-intensive (fixed-network, software and telephone system services) from individual product components and complex solutions to business customers in stock as well as to new customers (acquisition) in support of an experienced data account manager.
• You take your own sales area as Data Account Manager or possibly as an Account Manager in customer sales within 11 to 15 months.
• You analyze a part-sales area (10-20 accounts), make acquisitions with new customer potential and promote the qualification of customer contacts in a DAM area by exhausting the existing customer potential and reducing the Churn rate.
• You carry out comprehensive and holistic needs analyses.
• You support the execution of appointments, sales visits, offerings, follow-up, contract conclusion, evaluation of success or failure, customer support after completion, customer recovery.

What distinguishes you:

• Abitur and completed commercial training as a minimum requirement or completed university studies ideally in a technical field
• Advantageous is one to two years of professional experience in the field of direct sales in the business customer environment, ideally in IT, software or telecommunications
• High level of flexibility, self-motivation, self-initiative and communication skills
• Targeted: Sets and prioritizes challenging goals
• Good knowledge of English in word and writing (B2 to GER)

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
