Team Leader Network Infrastructure (m/f/d)

In a modern, international environment, this position offers the opportunity to take responsibility, to introduce your own ideas and to drive sustainable solutions together in the team. You take over the professional leadership of a team of currently eight employees and together with them design the global network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, TK). You are responsible for network security with focus on firewalls, NAC and VPN. You develop future-oriented concepts, control IT projects and actively implement their own ideas. You plan and monitor budgets. You secure the stable operation and at the same time drive the further development and standardization of the infrastructure. You consistently integrate information security requirements into all relevant areas. You coordinate the team tasks, act as a central contact person and develop the employees professionally and personally.

You have an IT training (e.g. as a specialist informant) or a completed study of computer science or a comparable qualification. You bring together several years of experience in the fields of network, telecommunications and network security and have already successfully implemented IT projects. You follow current developments in the network environment and continuously develop your knowledge. You work structured, take responsibility and promote a trusted cooperation in the team. You have ideally already gained first leadership experience. You communicate safely and purposefully – both in German and in English.
