In the training and further training of our sales partners in the professional and commercial implementation. You design specialist and sales-oriented measures and perform them online, in presence or in blended learning format. You are responsible for the distributive implementation of measures in conjunction with the consulting software of SV SparkassenVersicherung and the consulting philosophy of the Sparkassen. You support the continuous updating of our digital learning opportunities. You contribute to the development and development of our educational opportunities for distribution. You are responsible for cutting positions on departments, departments and sales directors; the development and introduction of new products.

You have completed training as a merchant/buyer for insurance and financial services or a specialist for insurance. You are happy to motivate and inspire people, communicate precisely and customer-oriented. You are open to innovations in the field of education and are constantly investing in your own further education. A pronounced creativity, high team orientation and an above-average commitment – including the willingness to spend several days with hotel overnight stays – complete your profile. You have a passenger ticket. Ideally, you already have experience in training/training and/or sales.
