For our customers, a modern and powerful specialist clinic in the area Heilbronn with around 350 beds, we are looking for a head physician for psychiatry and psychotherapy (m/w/d).

The clinic specializes in the treatment of mentally ill elderly patients. Offerings are a broad and differentiated psychiatric treatment spectrum and a future-oriented treatment concept. In addition to the general psychiatry and addiction medicine, a medical care center is attached.

Your tasks:

• Head of the Department of Gerontopsychiatrie and Psychotherapy in medical, organizational and human terms
• Technical and strategic development of the psychiatric range of services, in particular in the development of psychosomatics
• Leadership, promotion and motivation of a multi-professional medical and therapeutic team
• Ensuring high-quality patient care according to modern medical standards
• Close and trusting cooperation with the management
• Responsibility for the training of medical staff
• Representation of the clinic inside and outside as well as participation in regional networking

Your profile:

• Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• Experience in Gerontopsychiatrie
• Outstanding leadership skills and a cooperative and value-assurance leadership style
• High technical expertise and interest in the conceptual development of psychiatric and psychosomatic supply
• Commitment in continuing and continuing training
• Empathic, communicative personality with entrepreneurial thinking and organizational strength
