The position shall be used for the independent, objective examination and consultation of management and relevant organisational units with the aim of: (IT) to sustainably strengthen governance, risk management and control processes. Through a risk-oriented audit planning, sound analyses and the development of effective measures, the function makes a strategic contribution to ensuring the compliance, transparency and long-term corporate resilience. In this task you take over: independent, risk-oriented planning and execution of internal audits including Examinations of ICT service providers on site and the creation of meaningful and comprehensible work papers Compilation of audit reports and address-oriented communication to departments and management, incl. Support for internal and external audits and support for relevant audit and consulting projects Development and follow-up of deficiencies measures until complete completion Evaluation of ICT service providers' reports and continuous monitoring of regulatory requirements and deriving consequences for GLS Bank Professional consultancy and austerity on complex issues of digital resilience as well as provision of close-to-test consulting services for internal areas Ensuring quality and continuous further development (scientific/methodic), cooperation on internal rules, the establishment of competence, the incorporation of new employees, the transfer of knowledge and the preservation of integrity and independence incl. Indication of potential conflicts of interest

Ideal for this position: Complete study of business or economics, (economic) informatics, mathematics or comparable qualification on Bachelor level as well as several years of professional experience in the internal audit of a bank or in the audit, ideally as an audit managerin or senior supervisorin Funded knowledge of international and national audit standards as well as safe handling of relevant legal and supervisory requirements and strong experience in risk-oriented audit planning, implementation and reporting Very good knowledge of ICT risk management and practical experience with ISO 27001, IDW PS 860, IDW PS 880, IDW PS 951 (n. F.) and § 44 KWG in ICT service providers Relevant certifications (e.g. CIA, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ITIL Foundation, ADG, certified internal auditor or data protection auditor) as well as interest and experience in the use of AI in the audit and analysis context Impressed ability to quickly analyze and prepare complex information and structured, coupled with a high self-initiative, solution-oriented thinking and action, clear, address-oriented communication and a strong sense of responsibility in accordance with our values
