Scope: Full time | Duration: unlimited | Remuneration: up to the EC 11 TVöD | Start: next time Head of the building entertainment team – building with currently 8 employees and personnel responsibility Responsibility for the maintenance and operation of urban property Perception of interests and obligations as owner Responsibility for the detection, technical evaluation and continuation of the construction conditions of all buildings and installations Participation in the development and implementation of a maintenance strategy taking into account the municipal climate protection objectives and a concept for consolidating and optimising contract performance Participation in the introduction of a CAFM software Processing of requests for municipal bodies and the preparation of decision-making documents

Completed university education (Bachelor or Diplom FH) of the study areas Architecture, Civil Engineering or Similar Multiannual professional experience in building management, operation and maintenance or facility management Extensive knowledge of VOB and HOAI Leadership and experience in public administration desirable Good communication and team skills Economic thinking and action Ready to use the private car for service trips should no pool vehicle be available
