Management and organisation of the entire daycare centre with crib, kita and hort area Leadership, accompaniment and development of the pedagogical team through an appreciation and motivating leadership style Ensuring and further developing the pedagogical conception based on the educational programme “Education: elementary” Control of personnel planning and promotion of the professional development of employees Designing a trusted cooperation with parents, stakeholders and external cooperation partners Responsible for administrative and economic processes, including budget planning and resource management Ensuring and further developing quality management and implementing legal and technical standards

Completed studies of childhood, social or medical education or training as a state-approved educator (w/m/d) with relevant management experience Multiannual professional experience in the field of Kita, Hort or early childhood education, ideally in a management function Knowledge of early childhood education, inclusive pedagogy and educational quality development Representative participatory leadership, organisational skills and sense of responsibility Communication strength as well as a sovereign and appreciative appearance towards children, families and employees Secure handling of MS Office and openness for digital work processes The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
