Team Leader (f|m|d) for Recourse and Fraud in ADAC Personal Insurance

You lead and develop your team of around seven employees – both professional and disciplined. In addition, you coordinate the use of personnel, guide target agreements and support the individual development of your employees. As part of your activity, you accompany the regress process from testing to asserting claims. You also tax the Fraud Process in the daily business: You'll check notes, coordinate investigations and take appropriate measures. In addition, you work closely with internal areas as well as external partners – for example with service providers or investigators. In addition, you support process improvements and actively contribute to the further development of our systems and processes. You take the quality assurance, monitor SLAs and ensure uniform standards within the team. You also carry out training for internal teams and external partners – for example for hospitals or service providers.

You have a successfully completed legal degree (min. 1. State exams or LL.B.); a 2nd state exam or an LL.M. In addition, you bring several years of experience in damage processing – especially in regression or fraud prevention. You also have experience in the leadership or guidance of a team. You are safe in cooperation with service providers, firms and internal interfaces. In addition, you have a good understanding of insurance products, processes and IT systems (e.g. INSIS, Celonis, EOS). In addition, you are highly communicational, decision-making and work structured.
