As a system developer (m/w/d) in the product range with focus on Combat Modules, you can design and optimize systems for mission and function extensions for military platforms. These include starting platforms for drones and Electronic Warfare (EW) for drone defence. With a view to the functionality of innovative defence technologies, you analyze customer and market technologies, develop technical product concepts and support their implementation closely with the development teams. You will take over the following tasks: Analysis of customer, market and system requirements for mission and function extensions of military platforms Conception, evaluation and optimization of technical product and system solutions Support for product management in the development and positioning of existing and new products Cooperation with cross-functional engineering teams (machine engineering, electrical engineering, software and system engineering) Planning and control of development activities as well as analysis, troubleshooting and system optimization Ensuring compliance with defence standards, security and cybersecurity requirements Preparation of technical documentation, system specifications and test reports

Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) in mechanical engineering, system engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or a comparable discipline Experience in the development of complex technical systems in the defence or aviation environment Knowledge of real-time systems and hardware / software integration Embossed problem-solving and analytical skills Security review permission (depending on project requirements)
