Service advisor for the Ettlingen location (m/f/d)

You dispose workflows, coordinate orders and ensure optimal utilization of the workshop areas. You advise customers competently, discuss repair recommendations and accompany them as personal contact persons throughout the entire repair process. You monitor the implementation of the work, check orders for completeness and ensure a timely invoice. You take down warranty and culmination cases and actively promote the sale of spare parts and accessories. You document working hours, performance data and relevant documentation for wage billing and internal data collection. You introduce proposals to improve organization, processes and cost optimization and secure a current level of knowledge through further education.

You have completed vocational training as a motor vehicle mechatronic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You ideally have professional experience in the automotive industry. You deal with demanding customers and are characterised by a pronounced customer and service orientation. You convince with very good communication skills, argumentation and diagnostic security. You bring team skills, quality awareness, commitment and reliability. You work structured, service-oriented and always perform well-kept, friendly and safe. You have a valid class B licence.
