We are looking for you Product Manager Active (m/w/d) Your Tasks: Strategic Management of Private and Commercial Active Business: You are responsible for the conceptual further development of our entire private and commercial active product portfolio including Interest, price and contingencies based on market, competition and profit analyses. Concept of distributive measures: You take over the conception and implementation of sales and campaign measures including the annual planning in cooperation with relevant departments. Data-based control and optimization: You monitor the sales results using suitable KPIs and derive optimization measures. Contact for partners: You are responsible for cooperation with partners as well as the control of external service providers Your profile: You bring a commercial training, ideally as a savings bank/bank merchant with You already bring a Sparkassenbetriebswirt degree or a comparable qualification with or the motivation to acquire it in the near future You bring multi-year professional experience in banking, ideally in active business, product management or sales-related functions with You bring in sound knowledge of the product range of the private asset business as well as interest, price and contingency management You bring a pronounced analytical thinking capacity, a structured working method and conceptual strength with You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and banking IT and consulting systems We offer you: #compensation: unlimited employment contract and a full-time annual salary between 56,000 – 77,000 Euro (TVöD-S, up to max. Remuneration group 9c), tailored to your relevant professional experience and including annual special payments and asset-effective services
