Team Leader Accounting (m/f/d)

Responsibility for accounting, including strategic and operational management of the 6-member accounting and inventory team Ensuring the timely and correct creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS as well as coordination of budget and forecast processes Head of external auditors, tax advisors and internal audit teams, as well as support for management in financial-strategic decisions Relationship management to important external service providers and the increase in performance through active stakeholder management Continuously optimizing accounting processes and contributing to the further development of finance in line with company-wide initiatives Promoting process x cells and digitization – by standardization and automation for efficient, fault-free processes Coordination and cooperation with our internal shared service center in relation to local accounting topics

Successfully completed studies of business management with a focus on financial/ accounting or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial or accounting; like within a group of companies or the manufacturing industry Successful completion to / to the tax advisor and/or auditor, but not necessary 2–3 years of leadership experience desirable, but not necessarily – are crucial for motivation, enforcement and the desire for joint success Knowledge in MS Office applications and very good knowledge in SAP FI/CO Knowledge of accounting standards HGB and IFRS English and German language skills in word and writing A pragmatic, practical approach with personal resilience and a reliable, solution-oriented approach
