Within the special IT department, you take over the administration of selected IT security and service management systems. Improve a professionally managed value stream from experienced administrators and are responsible for the provision, operation and further development of the monitoring, a CMDB solution and systems adjacent to the profile. They analyze technical and technical requirements, translate them into technical implementation concepts and work out them in the context of change management in close cooperation with Product Owner, the team, internal customers and suppliers. They develop, implement and improve safety-critical system solutions in the responsibility of the value stream “IT Service Management”. You enter as an expert or Experts for the listed systems, consult stakeholders specifically with regard to the technology used and see themselves as an enabler for your systems. They ensure the availability and quality of the services you are responsible for, ensure first and second level support and participate in a changing, additionally remunerated readiness.

You have completed a study or a specialist training in the IT-related field, gained experience in building and operating monitoring, CMDB and/or log management systems and bringing knowledge about the associated IT processes. They are thrilled to end-to-end administration at different levels of the software stack, consisting of a heterogeneous system landscape based on Linux & Windows server, and have fun to learn and use script languages (JavaScript, PowerShell etc.). The continuous expansion of your knowledge is important to you. They have a basic understanding of ITILv4, IT Security and on-premises infrastructures. They are characterized by an independent, structured and analytical method. Team skills and willingness to learn are a personal concern to you, and if necessary, act flexibly, are helpful and committed. They are motivated to cooperate in the critical IT of the power grid operation at the success of the energy transition – whether as a graduate or a professional (m/w/d), we want to grow together with you new, exciting tasks.
