Projektmanager (m/w/d) We are looking for you at the next possible time, initially for 24 months, for our corporate headquarters in Hanover to strengthen our staff team in full or part-time (min. 30 hours/week). Together with your colleagues, you will accompany us through your support on the way to a future-oriented staff work. As the first respondent, you advise our employees independently and comprehensively on all issues relating to their employment relationship and are in particular responsible for the timely implementation of the salary bill. You work closely with our HR Business partners and work lawmakers and actively engage in specialist projects. You take responsibility in the entire employee-life cycle: You enter and advise a defined group of employees in all labour, tariff and social insurance issues. Networking is up to you: you understand yourself as an important part of our large staff area and behave a close, trusting exchange with other departments. You keep the view: You take full master data care and thus make sure the monthly payroll. In addition, you create work contracts and employees-related correspondence. You see change as a chance: You are a specialist contact person for HR core topics and continuously develop our HR processes – together with your colleagues. The view over the edge of the plate lies to you: you connect the personal care of our employees with the possibility to bring your expertise into exciting HR projects.

completed commercial training with a focus on personal economics, an academic degree or a comparable qualification multiannual professional experience in the field of staff and comprehensive knowledge in the right to work, tax and social security relevant experience in common payroll accounting programs, preferably in SAP HCM, knowledge in dealing with time management systems and safe handling of the MS Office package target group and customer-oriented communication strength as well as the ability to identify and represent thematic relationships pronounced service orientation
