Disposition of container transports with different transport carriers First contact for our customers, service providers and partners in the daily business Order acceptance in direct contact with customers Track and trace of your own orders and reporting to our customers Ordering the various service providers for the customer order billing of freight and any extra costs incurred using our transport system Keeping the open post and processing of any customer complaints Maintenance of orders in the HGK system and, where appropriate, compensation with customer systems Close cooperation with internal specialist departments

Complete training in the commercial sector, forwarding and logistics as well as tank container experience of advantage Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Solid English Knowledge in Word and Writing Safe handling of MS Office programs Self-employed and customer-oriented work Organisational skills and strong team and communication skills as well as good number understanding
