Project Management Tender / Award (SIA Phase 4) – Germany-wide / Location Zurich / Remote

With around 250 employees at several locations in Germany, we accompany demanding building projects for public and private clients – from project management to construction management to energy recovery. We are looking to strengthen our team for projects in Switzerland - with a focus on tendering and awarding to SIA (phase 4) Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Location: Remote from all over Germany possible Project reference: Switzerland / Location Zurich

Management of projects in the tendering and awarding to SIA Phase 4 (performance phase 6&7) for demanding private and public contractors Active participation in the procurement and tendering strategy – in close cooperation with the project team and the client Digital quantity determination as a basis for precise and economic tendering Creating factory-specific performance directories Determination and evaluation of construction costs based on the created performance directories Publication and control of tenders via common procurement platforms Values and verification of tender results and offers Support of technical bidding talks up to the award decision

Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing./Master/Bachelor), architecture or a comparable qualification (e.g. construction technicians with corresponding experience). Switzerland know-how: Very good knowledge of Swiss standards and processes (e.g. SIA) Expertise: Safe handling of procurement and procurement processes (Switzerland) readiness to use, responsibility and cost awareness Soft Skills: High self-responsibility, reliability and team capability Language: Very good German knowledge in word and writing for communication with builders, planners and companies
