Your activity is assigned to the Chapter Transition. Here you work with 9 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives

You are responsible for the operation of our Virtual Agent, as well as its surrounding systems, and contribute to the planning and implementation of our migration to the Genesys Cloud CX platform. You ensure the availability and performance of the systems through proactive monitoring and analysis. You work closely with other System Engineers and are involved in the design/implementation of new technical solutions in the area of our product family ''ContactCenter'' (including reporting, self-services). You are involved in trouble analysis and troubleshooting as well as incident and problem management.

Personality with profile

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics as well as several years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification. You have a strong affinity for new (cloud) technologies, digitization and practical knowledge in the agile method (Bsp. Scrum / SAFe) and your agile mindset. You have gained extensive experience in the field of contact center solutions (ideally with Genesys products) and has profound knowledge in the fields of server and/or Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), networks and databases as well as ideally expertise on AI, bots, virtual assistants, avatars. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and advanced English (B2 level). You bring a strong communicative and social competence, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as team skills. You convince with your pronounced abstraction, your conceptual strength and your creativity and innovative strength.

salary frame and career level The annual salary for this position is between €68,000 and €98,000 for a 38-hour week, depending on the corresponding experience and qualification, and pays on our career model as follows:
