The Landesärztekammer Hessen is looking for one or more persons at the Frankfurt location at the next possible point in time for the department “Engineering Medical Specialists” Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full time (40 hours/week) and/or part-time (20 hours/week)

As a public body, the Hessen Regional Medical Chamber represents the interests of over 41,000 doctors in Hesse and ensures high-quality medical care for the population.

Preparation, implementation and preparation of written and practical examinations for medical specialists. Work on the creation of tasks and coordination with external expert bodies. Processing of applications and examination permits for medical specialists under the Vocational Training Act. Maintaining audit databases, compiling statistics and updating department-specific content on the website. Support in the organisation of committee meetings and preparation of documents. Contact person for trainees, trainers, examiners (m/w/d) and vocational schools.

Complete training (e.g. businessmen for office management, healthcare, medical specialists, administrative staff) or comparable qualification. Immigrant German knowledge in word and writing. Ideally, you are familiar with medical terms and expressions. Good computer user confession, safe handling of MS Office applications. Experiences with digital tools that are applied in the course of the exam, such as document detection and scanning software, are of advantage. Teamability, service orientation and reliability in time-related tasks.

Ready to work in Bad Nauheim, a class B driver's license is an advantage.
