Production planner / production controller (m/f/d)

Our client is a successful second-generation family-run company based in Hemmoor. With its own brands, its own production and a strong B2B business, the company has firmly established itself in the consumer goods market. The range includes fragrances, fragrances and home accessories, which are also produced and distributed for well-known commercial companies.

With a predictive production planning, you ensure efficient utilization of the filling plants and the timely implementation of the production orders. Production capacities, dates and material stocks are always in sight and ensure that raw materials, bottles, labels and packaging are available in time. As an important interface between production, purchasing and sales, you coordinate different requirements and ensure well coordinated processes. You can recognize possible bottlenecks early, set the right priorities and develop pragmatic solutions together with the areas involved. The maintenance of production orders, unit lists and production data in the ERP system is also part of your responsibility as well as the active further development of existing processes.

A completed commercial or technical training is your basis. Ideally, you already have experience in production planning, work preparation, material disposition or a comparable area. You are familiar with production processes and material flows. Experiences from the consumer goods industry, food production, cosmetics or bottling are welcome, but no prerequisite. A structured, foreseeable way of working. Also with changing priorities, keep an overview and focus on the right priorities. When handling ERP systems and MS Office, you are safe and enjoy coordinating processes and bringing information together. Communication strength, initiative and a pragmatic approach round off your profile. You like to work with different areas and take responsibility.
