Accompanying our employees from entry to exit Processing of all labour law, wage tax and social insurance issues in cooperation with the tax office Preparation of wage and salary billing including all previous and subsequent work for our employees (e.g. also the calculation of the return for Christmas and holiday allowances etc.) Close cooperation with our external tax office regarding, among other things, the settlement of wage billing / salary billing Preparation and monitoring of pay tax and pension insurance checks Contact persons for all time economic topics, legal and internal regulations Examination & booking of freight bills and also billing of company vehicles Correspondences with authorities, health insurance

Commercial or, where appropriate, tax-related vocational training (m/w/d) for wage billing 2-3 years of professional experience from wage billing Funded & up-to-date knowledge in all tax and social insurance sectors of pay and salary accounting Solid MS Office Knowledge In particular: Good EXCEL knowledge or joy & motivation in use Thus, a high number affinity Nice to have: Pre-experience from common pay/content accounting programs MUST HAVE: (Very) Good knowledge of German and good English
