Head of Controlling, Reporting and Commercial Regulation (m/f/d)

In this key position, with commercial analyses and calculations, you create transparency about the economic development of the TEAG Group and thus the basis for a holistic corporate management. You report to the Head of Business Controlling and, with your motivated team, take a central role in the interface of corporate governance, regulatory management and strategic development. Their work sets the basis for commercial decisions – whether in electricity and gas business, in cooperation with subsidiaries or in strategic projects.

Your area of responsibility is as diverse as demanding: you create bills, economic and investment plans and accompany the mid-term planning. You are responsible for the coordination with external accounting in the course of the preparation of quarterly and annual accounts and ensure the assurance of earnings in the regulated business. As a commercial business partner, you can help TEAG business units and subsidiaries, monitor their development and help solve complex issues. You will also lead business and strategic projects and drive forward the further development of the SAP and reporting systems.

You have completed their studies (controlling, business management, etc.) as well as several years of energy management experience in controlling and commercial regulation management. You are versed in key payment systems, cost and investment calculations as well as forecasting and have well-founded experiences in incentive regulation, net charge calculation and the design of optimization measures. Basic knowledge of corporate and tax law complete your profile. Your analytical strength, your strategic vision, and your ability to communicate complex relationships transparently, are characterized as an experienced leadership. You understand themselves as a “mask” that not only interprets numbers, but also develops solutions – agile, determined and with the clear goal of advancing the TEAG group.
