Management and organisation of a production area with professional and disciplinary responsibility of about 30 - 60 employees and several team leaders ensuring the smooth production process while maintaining quality. Date and cost targets Optimization of manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity Promoting and developing team leaders close cooperation with the areas of work preparation, construction, purchasing and quality assurance regular reporting to management Implementation and monitoring of lean management methods

completed training in the metal or sheet metal construction sector with advanced training for masters or technicians or studies in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or comparable qualification ideally well-founded knowledge in welding and sheet metal engineering multiannual professional experience in a leading position within production, ideally in mechanical engineering well-founded knowledge in production planning and control as well as in lean management strong leadership and communication skills, ability to solve problems, strategic thinking and a high self-initiative very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
