We, the Allgeier IT Services, are just looking for backup for our SOC team through a SeniorSOC Analyst (m/w/d). Since we are decentralized in the team, you can also work to 100% remote. Of course, you can also work from one of our sites at any time - that's up to you!

Your task:

• Administration and management of the central and customer-oriented SIEM systems as well as associated SOC tools focusing on:
• Creation and further development of Analytics Rules
• Creation and further development of Automation Rules
• Threat Hunting
• Incident Response
• Data visualisation for monitoring
• Conception of IT security workshops
• Technical support / partial implementation of IT security workshops
• Documentation and forensic analysis of occurring safety incidents
• Development of Knowledge Management
• Documentation and analysis of attack patterns, threat scenarios and pro/reactive defense measures

Dein Background:

• Multiannual professional experience in IT security and a strong hands-on mentality
• Knowledge of common security frameworks (BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27001, ...)
• Experience in monitoring, configuration and tuning of SIEM tools
• Experience with IT Security Tools and Solutions (Enterprise-Defense Suite, Firewalls IDS/IPS, ...)
• Specialized certifications and experience in KQL programming language
• Microsoft Azure knowledge of advantage
• Good communication and team skills
• German, good English
• Motivation to participate in a changing 24/7 readiness
