Ensuring low-impact operation of the technical systems (heating/ventilation/climate, sanitation, basic electrical supply, building technology) Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance, inspections and repairs Control of external service providers (request, assignment, appointment control, quality acceptance) and participation in tendering and preparation/testing of performance directories Support for budget planning, cost control and economic considerations Compliance with occupational safety, fire protection and operator obligations in the field of responsibility and ensuring necessary tests/certificates Support for energy efficiency and sustainable management (e.g. optimisation of consumption) cooperation with rebuilds, modernizations and smaller projects in the facility environment; Project manager activities possible Cooperation with internal departments and documentation of measures, evidence and operating instructions Responsible for all production and installation sites of the Bott Group in Germany (without branches)

Complete training in the technical field or comparable qualification (building technology, electrical engineering, supply technology, facility management) Multiannual professional experience in facility management, maintenance or building operations Practical knowledge of maintenance and maintenance processes and service provider control safe operation for operational safety, testing and documentation; Knowledge of relevant standards (DGUV, VDE, BetrSichV, VdS) Technical understanding combined with organizational skills and structured, solution-oriented working reliability and sense of responsibility; clear communication with internal interfaces and external service providers Cost and quality awareness as well as good documentation and proof management Teamability as well as independent, targeted work
