The Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) is one of the largest practice-oriented universities in Bavaria and covers a wide range of subjects with the fields of technology, social and economic sciences, design and languages. The focus of your tasks is the planning of one of our master's courses from A to Z – from coordination of appointments with teachers to booking the appropriate room. You enter applications and bills for teaching assignments and forward them to the relevant departments. If you're good at organizing and always keeps resources and budget in mind - perfect. For our participants and teachers, you are the first point of contact with many questions: In which room do I have to pay the course fee and when do I have to pay? You know the answers.
