In this senior role you drive for a smooth IT infrastructure and introduce your expert knowledge into the further development of our systems and networks. You are the central contact person for complex technical topics and reliably implements important IT projects.

The position can be exercised at our site in 19258 Boizenburg as well as in our workspace in 20099 Hamburg.

Full support and further development of the hybrid IT-OT infrastructure (server, storage, backup and network systems as well as specialist applications) with responsibility for availability, security and performance Implementation and maintenance of identity, roles and authorization concepts in Active Directory, Azure AD and related workspaces taking into account security and governance requirements Cooperation in infrastructure, migration and standardization projects, incl. Analysis of existing systems, introduction of best practices and documentation of sustainable operating processes Head of subprojects or independent thematic blocks within larger IT projects Technical coordination and coordination with internal contact persons as well as control of external service providers in ongoing operation and in projects, without disciplinary responsibility Acquisition of qualified 2nd level support and execution of targeted user training and software training Strategic advice and comprehensive support of the group of companies in all IT-relevant issues

Complete training as a specialist in system integration (m/w/d) or an equivalent, well-founded qualification – complemented by several years of professional experience at expert level Very good knowledge of German and good English at best Ready to work according to ITIL, ITSM or comparable service management standards Knowledge of project management methods (classical, agile or hybrid) and practical experience in collaboration or conducting clearly defined projects desirable Ability to analyze, structure, document and continuously develop processes Safe handling of ticket systems, documentation and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow or comparable) Ability to adapt standards pragmatically to medium-sized structures and to anchor them sustainably in everyday work Embossed communication and team skills, including communication between IT, specialist departments and management, and promotion of cooperation Structured, independent and solution-oriented working with analytical thinking and high sense of responsibility Openness for change and continuous improvement, incl. readiness for personal and professional development
